Our minimum service charge is $85. Final pricing may vary depending on the property size, grass height, obstacles, cleanup requirements, and other property conditions.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we have access to the service areas and any gates are unlocked, you do not need to be home.

How often should my lawn be serviced?

Most lawns benefit from weekly service during the peak growing season. Biweekly service may be available depending on your lawn’s growth rate and condition.

What should I do before you arrive?

Please remove toys, garden hoses, outdoor furniture, and other objects from the lawn. Make sure gates are unlocked and pets are safely secured indoors.

Is there an additional charge for pet waste?

An additional cleanup fee may apply when pet waste is present in the service area. Customers are encouraged to remove pet waste before their scheduled service.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?

For safety and quality reasons, service may be delayed during heavy rain or when the ground is too wet. We will complete your service as soon as weather and property conditions allow.

Do you offer one-time property cleanups?

Yes. We offer one-time and seasonal property cleanups based on availability and the condition of the property.
